We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The eligibility of the return depends on the following conditions:
- The item's condition must be same as you received it.
- Unused with tags & in its original packaging.
- We'll need your order number, email address or phone number you added while purchasing your order so we can track you order history.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email and instructions on how we can receive the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately incase the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find the possible solution for it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital cards or items which are opened and not in the same condition as you received it. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
In case if you want to exchange the item you purchased, please contact our customer support as soon as possible before opening the box and you can request an exchange or make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once you request for a refund, we'll notify you when it's approved after inspecting the item. Upon approval, you'll be refunded automatically on you original payment. Please remember it can take approximately 3-4 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital cards or gift cards. Digital Cards or Gift Cards are non-replaceable / non-refundable.
